Broadway Rouss Hall
Charles Town

This historical building is a co-venture partnership with the City of Charles Town and First Charles Town.  FCT completely renovated this site and the city maintains the first floor as its visitors center.

​

The building is named after Charles B. Rouss, which paid for the original construction of the building to be the home of Independent Steam Fire Company in 1884. Independent Fire Company remained in the building until 1990. The building then fell into disrepair until our joint venture was completed and the building reopened in 2002.

St. Margaret's Building
Charles Town

This historical building was built in 1905 in the Classical Revival architectural style. Its exterior appearance is striking with ornate bracket supported balconies and large window openings terminating on the third floor in a series of Palladian arches capped by a deep cornice. At one point this building housed the Charles Town Post Office.

First Charles Town completed a total renovation and expansion of this site in 1999 to house the Jefferson County Judicial Center. Great effort was made to preserve the integrity of the original design while expanding it on every level.

Car Wash Development
Charles Town

This car wash and lube center site was developed in two stages. The original location was opened in 1995 with self serve and automatic washes as well as an oil change center. Phase two of the project expansion was completed in 2004 and houses additional automatic and self-serve car wash bays.
